During Nauriz good news came to us from the shores of Albion. Kazakh community of students at the “University College London” do not forgot Kazakh traditions and at the days of celebration of Nauriz holiday at home held a number of charity events at various universities and colleges in the UK. All funds raised during the festivities 945 pounds, were transferred to our foundation. This funds we are going to spend on a project for children health care in Kazakhstan. In terms of tenge guys gathered 221,319 tenge. In fundraising participated students of the following UK institutions: Queen Mary University Kazakh Society, Cambridge University Kazakh Societu, Nottingham Kazakh Society, Oxford Kazakh Society, Manchester Kazakh Society, Warwick Uniersity Kazakh Society, Aberdeen Kazakh Society, UCL Kazakh Society, Bristol Kazakh Society. Funds were is donated not only by Kazakhstan students but also students from other countries of the world.
