From training in the city of Tomsk returned doctors of National Scientific Center after name of Syzganov - specialists in ultrasound diagnostics. Within two months two doctors were trained at the institute of genetics of Tomsk Medical University. The aim of these courses was improving skills of diagnosis of congenital heart defects in newborns and the fetus during pregnancy. We sent doctors for training during the project “I want to live” aimed at developing children heart surgery in our country. Here is what wrote doctors in their small report: there are huge difference in the methods of echocardiography in specialists from Tomsk and Almaty. With the installation to the clinic of modern ultrasound devices expanded the limits of echocardiography, until now we did not use all the features of new devices that give more information to cardiac surgeon prior to surgery. In the children cardiac surgery has gained tremendous experience and compiled a large archive of research, they have willingly shared that experience. Very impressed us the team approach of all physicians of pediatric cardiac surgery that can work together to solve all the issues of various specialties, as a resault the best outcome of operations. After the arrival from Tomsk we actively use all the features of our devices, actively working with surgeons and intensive care. Also actively studying the methodology transesophageal echocardiography, prenatal diagnosis of congenital heart decease  “cardiologist eyes”, whereas in the genetic clinic technique for diagnosing of congenital heart decease is different, they look  through the eyes of an obstetrician, and one more thing: in Tomsk operated a huge number of patients from Kazakhstan, it means that the status of cardiac surgery in Kazakhstan is not at a high level.
