Today, in the Intercontinental Hotel the cooks’ competition was held, organized by the British-Kazakh Society (British-Kazakh Society, BKS). The purpose of this competition - updating the Kazakh cuisine, where the prize will be a gastronomic trip to London (visiting star restaurants, meetings with top chefs and trips to farmers' markets). The competition is planned to be an annual event. Executive director of BKS Gauhar Bramley-Fenton invited our fund for representation to dinner guests.  In our box, set for the event was raised 110,000 tenge. The money we plan to invest in the project "Breathe, baby," Petropavlovsk.  Three Kazakh chefs cooked for 120 guests and for a special jury their dishes - author's interpretation on Kazakh cuisine. This year's in the competition took part Nursapinov Aydin, Bakhyt Areen, Arken Azheipov. At the end of the tasting and discussion, the jury awarded the victory to Bakhyt Arinovu. Our fund is pleased that all the events organized by BKS, but their direct purpose, are almost always have a charitable nature.
