This day will be, we hope a milestone in the development of charity movement Kazakhstan. In the hall which was kindly provided by the First President Foundation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 12^th of November held working meeting of charity organizations. The purpose of the meeting - discussion principles of Association of Charity Foundations (ABF). Association of all organizations working in the field of philanthropy.

The idea of such association was a dream among the old philanthropy but only the initiative young foundations “AYALA” and “DARA” allowed to start up this project. In the discussions was born the basic idea of (ABF) - informing about the projects of colleagues, cooperation in the intersecting projects, etc., and the basic Idea is - bringing together all the foundations to change the laws of Kazakhstan in the sphere of interests of Charity Foundations.

On January 2009 scheduled citywide event - a conference of all the existing charity and social organizations of Almaty. On this meeting - the formation of alliances “with the same interests”, global alliances, lobby coalitions, exchange of experience and implementation of all forms of cooperation.
