Physical education and sport are useful not only for health, but also help with the formation of the brain. And in cases where the central nervous system has different disorders, exactly exercises promote the formation of new intercellular connections in the brain of the child. Special educational organization for children with deviant behavior is dealing with social and household rehabilitation of young people with change attitude to the environment. These children in their life experienced deprivation, hunger, got in dubious companies. Some of the children left without parental care and some are orphans.
