As a part of Nauryz celebration a fair of jewelry and handicrafts was held in Almaty. Beautiful beads, earrings and bracelets made by pupils of the special (correctional) boarding school No. 6 for children with intellectual disabilities were presented to employees of Kaspi bank.

Despite motor skills problems the pupils of the boarding school already can make beautiful bead jewelry, sew cosmetics bags, pot holders and coasters. These works were presented at the fair, and the bank employees showed great interest.

As you know, there are special workshops in boarding schools, where children receive various skills they may need in the future. All the money obtained at the fair will be used for the purchase of raw materials, beads, fabrics and other necessary items for classes in the sewing workshop.
