Today, in the Republican Children's Clinical "Aksay" Hospital the opening ceremony of the children's game complex held. The cost of the project amounted to 861,825 tenge. This event became possible due to «MAC Company» LLP and the "AYALA" charity foundation, which in the past few years implementing the "Yard of my childhood" project.

Within this project, children's sports and play areas in the territory of special (correctional) boarding schools, orphanages, boarding schools for children from low-income families in Almaty, Astana, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Semey and Petropavlovsk built.

Republican Children's Clinical "Aksay" Hospital is one of the oldest in the Republic of Kazakhstan, render medical and rehabilitative assistance to children across the country with severe orthopedic and neurological disorders. Each year, about 1,000 children with cerebral palsy pass rehabilitation treatment; more than 1 300 children from 2 months to 15 years old are operated on various congenital and acquired diseases. 

Game shape recovery is invaluable as in a conservative as surgical treatment of children. Games are an important component in the complete rehabilitation of children with orthopedic and neurological disorders. In addition, the bright playground will brighten children's stay in the hospital away from home and will become a favorite place for children games of different ages.

From the words of the head of «MAC Company» LLP Timur SAKPAEV: "Participation in the "Yard of my childhood" project became a real discovery for us. Until the beginning of cooperation with the "AYALA" charity foundation we thought that in charity are engaged only giant corporations and the super-rich people like Bill Gates and Paul McCartney.  But when we are together with the "AYALA" foundation built a playground in the children's rehabilitation center in Almaty, we realized that good deeds can do and so young and not very big companies like ours. The nice things are that the partners supported me and the fact that the "AYALA" fund always shows the results of their work. We see that the money goes only for its intended purpose".

Ernest Kaliyev, Director of the RSTC "The Republican Children's Clinical "Aksay" Hospital, in turn, said: "The time of the collaboration with the "AYALA" foundation proved that in this fund words do not diverge with deeds. With the help of the fund in our hospital sensory room appeared, physical therapy cabinet equipped, we received modern medical equipment in operating room and resuscitation department. Almost ready the air disinfection system in those areas where it is particularly necessary. Patients and medical staff especially appreciate this help".

"Many of the foundation’s projects has long stepped outside Almaty, where in 2007 we started our work, many of the projects while not officially purchased the republican character. If the "Breathe, baby" project in 2011 signed an official memorandum from the Ministry of Health, projects like "Breathe new life", "Yard of my childhood", "For special children - special attention", "Health of the Nation begins with a maternity hospital" and others somehow spontaneously become republican and without signing any agreements with the republican executive. I want to thank all those who have made to our projects even a small contribution.
