Expensive medical equipment was presented to four capital institutions at once. A sponsor of the project was the Chevron company with the support of the AYALA fund. The presentation ceremony was held in a special correctional boarding school for children with intellectual disabilities. Doctors of the Perinatal Center №3 in Astana received two phototherapy units and two medical aspirators V-40. City Children Hospital №1 was presented with eight special infusion pumps to a station. Doctors of the Children City Hospital №2 received an electroencephalograph-recorder device, a computer and accessories. To Akmola Regional Hospital №2 the sponsors have presented an artificial respiration unit. Also new equipment was purchased to a tailor's workshop of the special correctional boarding school for children with intellectual disabilities. Chevron also presented a computer and accessories to the public association of people with disabilities "Independent Life “DOS”.

The total cost of the joint project of Chevron and the charity fund "AYALA" was 28,571,463 tenge. As doctors have admitted, before without such equipment they had to stay hours at a cot without leaving it to inject the necessary dose of medicine, to carry out a lung ventilation, to warm a premature newborn. Now this assistance will be delivered in a high-tech and qualified way.
