Today a New Year fairytale came to Almaty regional orphanage #1. Boys and girls had been waiting for the visit of Santa Claus with his granddaughter since the early morning. The children as well as others became participants of the campaign “A letter to Santa Claus” organized by the charity foundation “AYALA”. As it turned out, a car with remote control console and a speaking doll took leading positions in the list of wishes. Also there were children who dreamt of receiving encyclopedia books and fairytales. As a result, none of children was passed over. Merriment, sweets and surprises were guaranteed.     

In total 73 pupils of the regional orphanage took part in the project. Among them there were children aged from 3 to 12 years. Moreover, coincidentally, the same day the children celebrated a birthday of their friend Raisa Latysheva who is also a pupil of this institution. Let us remind that the children wrote letters with their wishes in the frames of the campaign “A letter to Santa Claus”. We decorated New Year trees with these letters. The charity foundation “AYALA” set these green beauties at various public places and in the offices of those companies who wished to take part in the project “A letter to Santa Claus”. We would like to thank our partners and sponsors: “Chevron”, “Oriflame”, Samsung Electronics Central Eurasia, Saks Fifth Avenue, Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan, “AZC Trade”, “Viled Astana”,AB Restaurants, shopping center “Keruen”. In total this year 481 children from Almaty and Astana participated.
