A World Day of excursion guide was celebrated by children in Almaty! The pupils of regional orphanage #1 had a great day in the park of wonders Evrikum. Air gun, rotary driven tunnel, head on a plate represent only a part of all wonderful exhibits which can be investigated, touched and identified. However, there is even more to come. The park guests were hospitably greeted by employees of unique laboratory where various experiments with the help of liquid nitrogen were demonstrated to children. Here the children’s emotions ran high. They ate cooled popcorn, the fire was burnt on their hands and then boys and girls made different figures of animals from special balls. After visiting laboratory and park of wonders, the children visited a restaurant Assorti where the most delicious pizza and dessert were cooked. Then a festive supper was held. Let us remind that on 25^th of November, last year in the regional orphanage #1 there was a grand opening of the room of social and household orientation. At the expense of means provided by Assorti, the charity foundation “AYALA” bought kitchen furniture, cooking top, dishes and other household items. A culinary competition between the pupils of orphanage was coincided with the date of grand opening of the room of social and household orientation. As a result, 10 children got an opportunity to visit one of the Assorti restaurants, to see the working process on the kitchen of one of the most popular places in the country, to take part in cooking and to taste the dishes.
