Today, in a specialized "Zhanuya" complex a solemn ceremony of transferring a large amount of equipment and inventory in carpentry and metal workshops took place. This became another stage in the project of the "AYALA" charity foundation, which is called the “Skilled hands”. The workshops are designed for the education of the labor skills of boys and young men who are brought up in the "Zhanuya" complex.  Among the transferred equipment are woodworking machine, circular saw, electric and hand tools. The total cost of the equipment is 395,550 tenge.  The lack of tools in the classroom led to the fact that the boys were forced to use them in turn, and that slows down the learning process. Now there are enough tools to practice.

Teacher of labor studies Akai Rahimberdievich Rakhimberdiev said: “I conduct classes not only in the specialized "Zhanuya" complex, but also in the special (correctional) boarding school № 7 for children with intellectual disabilities.  And when the “AYALA” charity foundation has equipped the workshop of this boarding school with new tools and machines, I turned on the heat with the thought that it would be great to equip workshops in the "Zhanuya" complex.

“I know the "AYALA" charity foundation for several years.  When I was the director of the orphanage № 7, I saw that the foundation tries to do a lot for children with disabilities and for children from social institutions. I am pleased to continue our collaboration with the "AYALA" foundation at a new place”, - said the director of the specialized "Zhanuya" complex Talgat Muhametkalievich Shalgimbayev.

The money for this project was collected in many different ways, and one of the forms of raising money was the implementation of the youth fashionable plastic bracelets. These bracelets can be obtained from the "Chocolate" coffee chain and Texas Chicken.  The organizer of this event was Internet About.kz portal.      

“Charity is important. I think every company is obliged to support projects that could do something to help those who cannot help himself. In fact, even more pleasant to work if you know that the result of your work will be a smile on a child's face”, - said the executive director of the About.kz portal Oleg Baldovsky.

Vice-President of the "AYALA" charity foundation Zhangeldy Sarsenov said: “The presence of even minimal work skills greatly increases the chances of socialization of children from orphanages and boarding schools, not to mention performing simple household chores. It seems to me that the ability to do something with their own hands is a sign of a real man. I want to thank all the people who took part in the implementation of this project. I would like to note the active citizenship of workers of the About.kz portal, management, staff and visitors of the "Chocolate" and Texas Chicken restaurant networks. One of the sponsors of the “Skilled hands” is the "Orda Astana" company.  An important contribution to this project has made Diana Baymuhametova. To all these people I want to express my sincere gratitude".

The children immediately with interest began to explore new comfortable tools and instruments, however, some of these tools children were holding in hands for the first time. It is good that the experienced teacher Akai Rakhimberdiev who helps children makes hands skillful is next to them. After delivery of the equipment children arranged a little concert for sponsors. In the transferring of the equipment Aydin Mammadov, a general director of "Chocolate" coffee chain and Texas Chicken fast food restaurants, who came to the children with a delicious cake, took part.
