Within the framework of the project "Development of potential of the institute for supporting forms of arrangement of orphans and children without parental care in families" pupils and employees of the SOS Children's Village attended onsite training. Outdoors children and adults learned about game forms of interaction, how to strengthen love and friendship in a family and develop positive communication skills.

The project aimed to conduct diagnostics of emotional atmosphere in a family, to provide the necessary emotional and psychological support, to contribute to the improvement of child-parent relations and the formation of skills for effective interaction.

The trip proved that going out into nature and having conversations in an informal setting have a positive effect on family relationships.

This project is being implemented within the framework of the Child and Family grant of the non-profit joint-stock company “Civil Initiatives Support Center” with the support of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Civil Society of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We thank the Ritz Carlton Almaty hotel for assistance in arranging the trip and for providing comfortable transportation.
