On 20^th of November 2010, invited children with their parents gathered at the Prime Plaza mall where they visited the cinema, watched funny cartoon “Megamind” in 3D format. After the film, we prepared a holiday dinner and gifts from the bookstore “Bookmark” for children. Parents warmly thanked all the organisers of the bright holiday the symbol of which became multi-colored balloons and invitations in the form of airplanes.

In 1954, the general assembly of the United Nations urged all countries to put into practice the celebration of Universal Children’s Day as a day of world brotherhood and understanding of children, devoted to activities aimed at ensuring the welfare of children around the world. It is recommended to celebrate Universal Children’s Day on November 20, because on this day the UN General assembly in 1959 adopted a Declaration of children rights.

Charity foundation “AYALA” and Friends’ Club of “AYALA” foundation decided to popularise Universal Children’s Day and make its celebration traditional in Kazakhstan.
